Last night Clemson v. UNC-G Basketball drew under 6,000 fans at the Greensboro Coliseum. It was the initial event for the UNC-G / Greensboro Coliseum partnership.
6,000 fans means 17,000 empty seats ( I don’t buy into that curtain that reduces the coliseum attendance to 10,300 from 23,000). That’s more fans than UNC-G could [...]

Guilford College and Greensboro College met in hoops Wednesday night on the Quaker campus, with Guilford winning 77-56. We had our camera in tow and clicked a few photos for you to scope. A crowd of over 1,000 was in attendance for the inner city rivalry-a nice gate for any D-III school.
