Morehead held to one point in the third quarter and for the entire second half, Morehead scored 3 points…To begin the game, Northern came out on a 13-0 run and Morhead’s bucket in the ball game, came with 3:32 to go in the first period…The theme for the game early on seemed to be Northern saying, “Close/Shut me down inside and we’ll kill you outside”….Mercedes Wampler had 2 three’s and Amy Rule nailed one to go along with the 4 from Kassie and a very impressive night of outside shooting by Kassie Robakiewicz in half number one and a strong night overall, from the NG Nighthawk girls…Elissa Cunane only hit the floor once tonight and the over/under was five, and I had the over….Cunane effort again tonight was at the top of the charts and her teammates were right up with her in a total team effort tonight from NG…Mentioned Robakiewicz with 22, Cunane with 16, Wampler with 11 points and you also had Milan Gordon with 6, Amy Rule with 4, Carlota Garcia with 4, Mikayla Penn with 3 and Jayla Harris with 2 points….Elissa Cunane with 10 rebounds and 4 blocked shots….Mercedes Wampler with 6 assists…..

Holden Lewis with 27 points working on 7 three’s and there was no holding back Holden Lewis….It seemed to be The ROCK saying, “We’ll work to stop Andy Pack and let the other Nighthawks beat us” and that is how it went…Andy Pack scored his first and only points of the game with 3 seconds left in the 3rd quarter and when Pack scored, The NG Nighthawks were well on their to winning the game, NG was up by 21 points when Andy Pack got his first and only bucket for the night/game….What a night by Holden Lewis….Ten points from Dakari Mitchell, 8 from Christian Herbin and 6 from Kellen Hodge to help the ‘Hawks…
