The team returned home Saturday night to defeat Western Illinois 78-81 again with local players Brittany Clency(Western Guilford HS) 16 pts. and Tamera Thorpe(Greensboro Day School) 10 pts.
USC Upstate will travel to play Weber State in Salt Lake City, UT this Wednesday. South Carolina Upstate is 22-11 and this is the best record in school history and the most wins in the post season in program history.
