  1. All of the candidates were Player of the Week winners at some point during the 2014 high school football season as selected by Dennis White and his GreensboroSports.com panel/committee…

  2. anyone other than Gallaspy or Mack from HPC wins it’s a shame. I’m not from either school there but based on their numbers no one is even close

  3. Not knowing Reggie or Mack cause there stats are phenomenal but It should be CJ Freeman battled injuries throughout the whole season and still finished with over 2000 yards rushing and led his team to the state championship and scored the only offensive TD to win the game for them before getting hurt. This has been a heck of a ride for him

  4. Thomas Hennigan had over 100 catches over 1100 yards receiving. Rushed for 4 TDs. Threw 1 TD. Plus he had at least 50 tackles and two Interceptions. All that was done in 12 games. Tell me again why only Gallaspy and Mack should be considered?

  5. Is this a senior award? Homol had a great year for NW but without Hennigan his numbers are nowhere what they were.

  6. Darius Graves of the Dudley Panthers has another great year, with over 1200+yds rushing in just 10 games. Been an impact player from day one, definitely should be mentioned in this category.
