Two Greensboro College Pride Women’s Lacrosse Players Honored By IWLCA

(Grand Lake, CO) – The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association has honored 368 student-athletes from 126 different institutions with inclusion in the 2014 IWLCA Division III Academic Honor Roll. The Pride were represented on the team by former women’s lacrosse player Melissa Townsend, and senior Athletic Training student Nadya Fedun. All student-athletes were nominated by their schools and have achieved at least junior status academically and had a cumulative academic GPA of 3.50 or greater.

The IWLCA is a membership-led nonprofit association representing the nation’s intercollegiate women’s lacrosse coaches within Division I, II & III of the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA).
