Greensboro College’s Richburg Earns Back-to-Back USA South Women’s Basketball Honors
The Hillsborough, North Carolina senior forward led The Pride to a 2-0 record last week by averaging a double-double of 26.5 points and 15.0 rebounds per game. She also added 2.0 assists, 2.0 blocks and 1.5 steals per contest. In a 102-44 win over Mid-Atlantic Christian, Richburg, in just 24 minutes, tallied a double-double of 28 points and 14 rebounds. She also added three blocks, two assists and two steals in the victory. In a 56-48 win over USA South foe Averett, Richburg notched a double-double of 25 points and 16 rebounds. She also added two assists, one steal and one block in the victory.
