Kernodle Middle Lady Cougars 3-peat as conference champions!
The KMS girls extended their 3-year home undefeated streak by beating
Northern Middle on Thursday night. This win locked up at least a share
of the conference championship making it 3 years in a row as champions.
The Northern girls came to play. Aggressive rebounding and solid
interior defense for the first two quarters let the Nighthawks take a
2-point lead into halftime. But midway through the 3rd quarter, KMS
erupted on a 14-0 scoring run and never looked back. Final score 32-18.
