More on Page-Grimsley football on Friday night

This will be the Page Pirates’ home game on Friday night and special events are planned surrounding the game…..
The Page Class of 1981 30th Reunion will be held at the game/during the game. t
Page will also be honoring the NCHSAA 4-A State Championship Football team from 1980 at the game.
You may also see a gathering of the Page High School Class of 1986 at the game to celebrate their 25th reunion……Other State Championship sports teams from Page will be honored at halftime and prior to the kickoff of the game…..
The Great American Football Rivals Series will honor legendary Grimsley football coach Bob Jamieson for the work he did as the Whiries’ head football coach…..Bob Jamieson was around for many years and he coached several State Champion teams in numerous sports during his lifetime and his time spent at Grimsley and at Greensboro Senior High School……Jamieson will become a Hall of Fame member of the Great American Football Rivals…..
Many long-time fans and followers from both schools, will be in attendance on Friday evening, at Jamieson Stadium…….
I have a freshman at Grimsley so we are rookies this year for the big Page Grimsley rumble on Wendover/Westover. Our whole family is looking forward to this game. Win or lose I’m sure it will be quite an event. I think Grimsley is planning some trick plays for tomorrow night. I saw a play at practice tonight with DJ Reader snapping the ball to himself, throwing a touchdown pass to himself, next kicked the extra point, played the flute in the band, sold a few Chick-fil-a sandwiches, and did some chrome plating in the parking lot. I think he is ready and so are we.

The only way Grimsley even scores tonight is possibly against the Page 2nd/3rd team

I don’t know aboutcha Reader guy. Last night as I was pulling into my driveway, I noticed how bright it was–even for that time of night. A closer look…lo and behold, the Page Pirate defense were making the final adjustments on HANGING THE MOON!!

@ Gfan—there’s a special eyewitness news report that’s streaming on the HUGE T.V. in midtown Manhattan as I type this. It’s saying….hold…on…OH WAIT! It says “The Page Pirates solve WORLD HUNGER!!!” WOW!! (O_O)

@ Ron burgundy/ I love Scotch: it’s Shameful to see Adults indulge in belittling Childish Rhetoric, And point it toward a young man that embodies all of the qualities of a student athlete.
