Greensboro College women to face St. Vincent at Juniata on Friday…

The Greensboro College women’s basketball team will play St. Vincent (Pa.) on Friday in the NCAA DIII championships. The games will be hosted by Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pa., which takes on Gallaudet University in the opening round on Friday. Game times will be announced on Tuesday.

This will be the fifth NCAA tournament appearance for GC and the first under second-year Head Coach Randy Tuggle.

The Pride is 26-2 and led by senior Nikki Wilborn (Graham NC/Graham) and junior Danielle Duncan (Greensboro, NC/Ragsdale). GC won the conference regular season championship, and earned a pool C (at large) selection to the postseason.
