Oh! Shenandoah I long to see you, but you won’t see them again in USAS after 2013, headed to ODAC

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. – USA South Athletic Conference member Shenandoah University, has announced its intention to join the Old Dominion Athletic Conference effective the 2012-13 academic year. The Hornets will remain a full member of the USA South until that time.
Shenandoah currently competes in all 14 USA South-sponsored sports, and has been a member of the league since 1992. With Shenandoah’s exit in 2012, the USA South will be comprised of six full-time coed institutions, along with three full-time single gender (female) institutions.
