another bad loss for the pirates against a good team, why are they struggling so much?
Pirates are young and short on talent. They do not have a good youth feeder program. Greensboro youth baseball has dropped off severely and lacrosse is growing. City of Greensboro parks and rec has really let the youth baseball program run down. Grimsley fights some of the same. I don’t see Page getting a lot better for years. There’s just nothing coming in. Coach Hardin is a good coach in a bad spot.
