Football Concussion Safety Rules

With football season nearly over, there is new insight on concussions and it’s taking the NFL to promote safety so that the players and teams that look up to the Pros to be more careful about head injuries. Thanks to James Roughton for the links to Consumer Reports and New York Times articles.
