Greensboro Day captures its third straight Championship and 8th overall.

Coach Freddy Johnson passes Mac Morris and David Price for total titles with 8 and also moves Greensboro Day into second into all time titles behind Dudley.
Greensboro Day won its third straight title over Dudley and 5th in the last 8 years.
After watching the Day School – Dudley game last night, I am amazed that with the athleticism and talent Dudley has they could not beat the Day School. From what it appears, the Day School owns Dudley beating them the last 3 years. This is a good example of how running an offense, playing aggressive defense and just pure intestinal fortitude can carry a team a long way. Congratulations goes out to the players, coaches, and administration at the Day School for providing the community with the best high school basketball team in the area. They are such a fun team to watch pay. I would also like to congratulate all the teams that participated.
