With no major tenant, the coliseum will be imploded this Sunday.  It will take approximately 550 pounds of explosives to drop the outdated and unused facility.  There’s not been a major tenant in years, the city finally decided to put an end the facility.  New arenas in the area basically made the coliseum un-needed.
