Hoppers Miss The Fun This Year

Those of us who make most Grasshopper games, can’t easily forget the on field excitement brought to the plate by the Asheville Tourist’s General Manager Joe Mikulik. It seems as every year Joe has to blow off a little steam at the umpires. He’s done it a few times in Greensboro – to the fans’ delight.
Unfortunately, the SAL schedule for Greensboro and Asheville has past and we will only see Joe on VIDEO!!!!! Yes, it seems as if his latest tirade in Lexington (as noted in the Greensboro daily paper) was caught on video. FYI, you need Internet Explorer 6 to view the show.
We’ll have to wait until next year and hope that Joe is still with Asheville.
